　　1、The more…, the more… (越/愈……, 越/愈……)
　　同义结构：形容词或副词的比较级(——er)+主语+谓语，the+形容词或副词的比较级(——er)+主语+谓语 (越/愈……, 越/愈……)
　　例如：
　　① The more students are encouraged to speak in class, the more confident they will become.
! p' Q4 `9 N" v5 u/ C　　② The older the students gets, the more able he or she is to exercise discipline, wisely plan his or her time and to make good decisions and choices.
