　　1、The more…, the more… (越/愈……, 越/愈……)
; m8 ?/ P0 h$ {　　同义结构：形容词或副词的比较级(——er)+主语+谓语，the+形容词或副词的比较级(——er)+主语+谓语 (越/愈……, 越/愈……)
　　例如：
　　① The more students are encouraged to speak in class, the more confident they will become.
9 g5 d  B; B- T2 ?　　② The older the students gets, the more able he or she is to exercise discipline, wisely plan his or her time and to make good decisions and choices.

　　3、Nothing +be + 形容词的比较级+ than…(没有比……更……) 或：Nothing +do + more +副词+ than…(没有比……更……)
　　例如：

　　4、…outweigh/outnumber/dwarf/eclipse…(分量重于，超过)
　　例如：The advantages of living in a modern apartment outweigh those of living in a traditional house.
　　否定句型:
　　5、cannot emphasize… too much.=cannot overemphasize… (再怎么强调……也不为过)
　　例如：We cannot emphasize the importance of preserving historic buildings too much.
　　6、On no account should +主语+动词 (……绝对不应该……)
　　例如：On no account should we lose sight of the benefits of education in basic science course.
　　我们绝对不能忽略学习基础科学课程的好处。
　　类似结构：by no means(绝对不会……)
　　例如：
